Skilled or Knowledgable Tile Layer

I'm currently looking for someone who has some experience with, laying tile. Recently business has picked up, so I need some help to start to finish. It will be starting next month on July 3-9. Pay starts at $18 hour and will go up based on performace. Daily payment, why wait when you worked! I also am willing to throw you a bonus, if we get this done sooner than planned! The only thing is, if you show up and not perform. I'll pay you for however long you are there for, but I will give the job to next person who got in contact with me. Lunch throughout this project I will take care of. Here's a little bit about the job. This is a home has a resident, and we will be tiling a kitchen, livingroom, and a small bathroom. I will be demoing the floors for the job July 2, with my one guy. July 3, you and I will be laying tile. We will trade off on laying tile throughout the day, mixing mortar, cutting tile, and cleaning. Do note, you don't have to cut the tile, if you do not have experience. On the other hand, you must beable to lay tile and the other tasks. IF YOU ARE FAST AT LAYING TILE, I will pay more. Can guarantee that I am one of the easist guys to work with.
