DESCRIPTION OF EVENT WHERE: The Walk at Legacy Shopping Plaza| 1400 Veterans Memorial Hwy SE Mableton, GA 30126 United States WHEN: Saturday, June 19, 2021 TIME: 12:00PM - 4:00PM TICKETS: Vendor Registration- $75+fee VENDOR SPOTS: 9 (total) 5 Spots Left WHAT: The Walks at Legacy to presents the “Black Business Tour” Community Event. This event will feature nearly 20 boutiques, service vendors, food, and entertainment. We expect 100-200 guests. MARKETING: Our team is actively promoting this event daily through social media posting, tagging, and sponsored posts (Facebook and Instagram). GENERAL INFORMATION: Set up and break down time: 11:00 am to 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Vendors are required to bring their own vendor table and chairs. TS Solutions Team reserves the right to censor any vendor setup. The TS Solutions Team or their affiliates will NOT be held responsible for any liability which includes any lost/stolen/damaged merchandise, or any injury incurred during this event. There will be no refunds issued for this event unless the venue owner cancels for some unforeseen reason. Vendors will be responsible for providing their own tablecloths, cleaning their vendor area at the end of the event, remaining at their table during the duration of the event and maintaining responsibility for all merchandise. We ask each vendor to donate a door prize/raffle of a product or service. ADVERTISING: We suggest all vendors to advertise the event on all social media platforms. Please call as soon as possible to guarantee a vendor spot. All vendors must be approved by TS Solutions Team. We will not duplicate vendors. Be sure to include all products that you intend to market, offer, or sell on this form. Our team reserves the right to deny further participation to vendors who sell or market products that have not been disclosed on this form. After approval of your registration, you will go back to the Eventbrite page to pay the vendor fee. After payment, your vendor registration will be reserved.
