Help Prepping a Sprinter Van for Re-painting

My son just bought a 2006 Sprinter Van and we are planning on repainting using Raptor painting system. You can see from the pictures that there are 4 main areas that need some sanding and prepping. The two rusted areas on the top front appears to be only surface deep. There's also a little rust here and there. Rest of the van is pretty clean. Looking for someone who can work with us, show us how to do it, at our outdoor carport area in Oakland. Look at the pictures and provide a quote and also an hourly rate. Experienced auto body painting preppers only.
