Hi, ** You must reside within 20 minutes from Richmond ** We're looking for someone with construction experience that is willing to do a variety of different tasks. You do not need to be highly skilled. We have a warehouse in Point Richmond that most of the work will be done from and an apartment complex in Berkeley. Bonus: We'd like someone willing to drive 2 hours north on the weekend to help with land/construction work for a couple of our properties. We will compensate you for the drive. All in all, we're looking for someone that will be able to work part-time when we need them. However, we will provide work for years to come. We're looking for someone who is hardworking, trustworthy, and loyal that we can work with for the long term. We treat our workers very well and with pride.
