Small 20 unit apartment complex looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician. Job Duties will include (but not limited to): Plumbing (Under Sink Leaks, Toilets, Garbage Disposals, Up to Down Leaks, Stoppages, Water Heaters etc) Electrical (Shorts, Outlet Replacement, Breaker Replacement, Switch Replacement, Fixtures etc) Sheetrock (Small Patches) Appliance Diagnosis and Repair Heat/Air (Simple Repairs - Thermostats) Paint (As Needed per Patch or Move Out) This is a Part Time/As Needed Position (Perfect for a Handy Man) If you feel this position is something you would be interested in, respond with some information about yourself and possible references.
