Welcome Home Furniture Rental and Staging is a full-service home staging and rental business based in Concord, CA. We specialize in renting furniture to stagers throughout the Contra Costa, Tri-Valley areas. Our ideal candidate is someone who can be flexible and the ability to multi-task. Candidate must be an energetic and a team player who takes initiative. Must be willing to work in a physically demanding position and be self-motivated. The candidate will be an individual contributor and will be collaborating with the receiving department. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Unbox and receive new merchandise • Dispose of packaging materials • Maintain inventory (lamps, art, bedding) Receive in bedding Put away art and lamps • Work with inventory control system (data entry) • Assist staging team on-site when needed • Assist with general office tasks as needed • Assist in coordinating quarterly parking lot sales REQUIREMENTS: • Physically able to assist with carrying and lifting merchandise up to 25lbs • Activity includes stretching, bending and on feet for 8 hour shift • Strong interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills • Multi task • Excellent oral & written communication skills • Working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel and Outlook) COMPENSATION/SCHEDULE: • Part time 3 days a week M-W-F 8:00am – 4:30pm (Monday and Friday a must, 3rd day is flexible) • $16-18/hour • PTO benefits (after 6 months) • Paid holidays
