WATERFORD, CT — A fight broke out at a Waterford carnival Saturday night, leaving one person injured and another facing charges, The New London Day reported. The brawl happened in a parking lot near the Walmart at 155 Parkway North at 8:44 p.m. An officer used pepper spray and several people were treated for injuries sustained from the pepper spray. A juvenile was charged with third-degree assault. Two other people were transported to hospital and another brought themselves to the hospital for treatment of injuries sustained in the fight, The New London Day reported. The incident remains under investigation.
