Full Job Description Dismantler Wanted/ Parts Puller Technician wanted to assist with dismantling and pulling parts from vehicles at a family owned and operated automotive recycling facility. We are seeking applicants that have the ability and would like to work in a safe atmosphere and proficient manner, without worrying about putting vehicles back together. • Dismantle vehicles in a safety conscious manner • Label and tag parts to be placed into stock • Check the quality and product type of the parts • Other duties as assigned • Maintain clean work area Qualifications: • Automotive service: 1 year (Required) • High school or equivalent (Preferred) • Day Shift (Preferred) • US work authorization (Preferred) Requirements • Must have hands-on automotive experience 2 years preferred • Be able to sit, stand, bend and move intermittently • Subject to repetitive physical labor and lifting • Must own and maintain all tools necessary to complete the job • Must be able to lift at least 75lbs • Must be able to work outside in various types of weather • Education: high school diploma or GED required • Must be able to pass a background test and be eligible to work in the US Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour Schedule: • 8 hour shift COVID-19 considerations: clean surfaces and all machines Education: • High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: • Automotive service: 1 year (Required) Shift Availability: • Day Shift (Preferred) This Job Is: • A “Fair Chance” job (you or the employer follow Fair Chance hiring practices when performing background checks) • A good fit for applicants with gaps in their resume, or who have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or more • Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma
