Description
NEW HAVEN, CT — In early April, Brennan-Rogers Magnet School principal Laura Roblee was placed on leave after two educators reported that she used a racial slur.
More than two months later, Monday, the New Haven Board of Education voted to demote Roblee to assistant principal, and move her to another school, reported WTNH. Which school she'll be transferred to was not made public.
Roblee, who is white, was reported to have used the n-word in a "private conversation in reference to a diversity and anti-racist workshop, in which she and other staff members at the school participated," WTNH reported.
