This position covers Miami to Palm beach A company vehicle and gas/tolls will be covered *MUST Bi-Lingual - English and Spanish * MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN MUST HAVE 5 YEARS OR MORE as a painter MUST HAVE 5 YEARS OR MORE of supervisory experience overseeing a paint crew of no less than 4 people. MUST HAVE OSHA 10 - CURRENT MUST BE ABLE TO READ PLANS WITHOUT ASSISTANCE MUST BE detail oriented to report Change orders to the office on a daily basis MUST have valid Driver's License Provide proof that you are able to work legally in the US. Proficient in all aspects of the painting process. Masking. Prepping (sanding, caulking, etc). Application of architectural coatings by brush, roll, or spray methods. Operation of power washing and spray equipment. Operation of mechanical hand tools such as grinders, sanders, or other misc tool. Use of boom and scissor lifts. Use of ladders. Ability to work as part of a small, medium, or large team (positive attitude).
