Position Summary: This position is responsible for the loading and unloading of Mutual Materials products for customers in a courteous, safe, and efficient manner. Promoting positive customer relations and providing an exceptional level of customer service is essential. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory and shipping and receiving documentation, keeping the yard orderly, as well as performing physical labor as necessary to prepare and break down pallets, hand-load customer orders, and stock product. This position works outdoors year-round, subject to all weather elements and extreme temperatures. Job Requirements: • A minimum of 2 years similar work experience and/or related experience in the building materials industry. • The qualified candidate must have excellent interpersonal written/verbal communication skills • Physical capacity to lift up to 80 pounds on an occasional basis • Previous forklift certification and/or forklift experience. • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a fast-paced branch team • Previous experience with masonry products, stone and/or construction practices a plus.
