General Laborer needed

I am looking for a good and dependable laborer for a residential construction project. This will likely be a job that only lasts until the project is complete, but could certainly turn into more. I get multiple leads each day and then only thing that is holding me back from expanding my company is having the proper employees. If you respond to this ad it means that you are hard working, dependable, timely, have a dependable mode of transportation, etc. I will not tolerate an alcohol or drug problem. The tasks that you will be asked to perform will be things like job site cleanup, the loading and unloading of materials, helping carpenters with their duties, etc. I am a small company so you get that small company feel working for me. You won't just be a number. If you work hard, show up each day and make viable efforts then you will fit in with me and my crew.
