Description

Joing us this Wednesday June 16th at 7:00 pm for a run, jog, or walk on the Sammamish River Trail in Redmond. We meet at the Redmond Central Connector Parking at 7:00 pm and walk together one block down to the Sammamish River Trail for approximately an hour of physical activity.  We mostly communicate in Spanish while we socialize but we all speak English too. This activity is ideal for all the family and for all physical fitness levels. We have members whom are marathon runners and we also have members whom just are starting to walk and jogging as well.  Want to practice your Spanish, this is a great opportunity too.
