Learn about how to set up a cut-flower garden for intensive production on a small-scale. The Bennett Farm produces flowers for entrepreneurial training as well as sale through a few different wholesale and direct-market channels. Topics will include variety selection and timing; field support techniques such as staking and netting; harvest tips; post-harvest handling and crop rotation to ensure you have a plentiful abundance of blooms (and greenery!) all season long.
