ROANOKE, VA - There will be several street closures this weekend beginning on Friday, June 18th due to events. The following streets will be closed: First and Third Fridays on Franklin, Friday 6-18-21 from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm Franklin Rd, between Williamson Rd and Jefferson St Founders Day, Saturday 6-19-21 from 10:00AM to 1:00PM Centre Ave, between 18th Street NW and 19th Street NW Silent Party, Saturday 6-19-21 from 9:00PM to 2:00AM Market St, between Campbell Avenue and Church Avenue SCIC Juneteenth, Saturday 6-19-21 from 12:00PM to 6:00PM Loudon Ave, between Gainsboro Road and Henry Street Centre Ave, between N Jefferson Street and Shenandoah Avenue Henry St, Wells Avenue and Centre Avenue Download Waze App The City of Roanoke has partnered with Waze and joined the Connected Citizens Program in an effort to let citizens know about traffic impacts of capital improvement projects, special events, and planned street closures.
