Pool Cleaner Needed ASAP

Recently had an Intex Ultra 24 x 12 above ground rectangular pool installed into a new deck. The contractors caused quite a mess and a lot of dust and debris ended up in the pool water, now at the bottom. I have attempted to vaccum myself, to no avail. Not sure if I am doing it incorrectly or if something was not set up correctly. The pool does not have a traditional skimmer, but two intake ports where the vaccum hose can be attached (indicated by the yellow arrows in the accompanying photo) and one output port (green arrow). I am looking for someone with experience in this to come vaccum the pool as soon as possible. May be on a regular basis depending how difficult/time consuming it would be for me, but for now just the initial cleaning is needed. Open to bids. In your email please confirm also if you are familiar with this type of pool/filter and are confident you can complete the task.
