Balance Staffing is NOW HIRING for 50 Production Assemblers / Material Handler for a well-established company in Livermore, CA. This company offers growth and advancement opportunities! Job description: • Production based role working directly on the production line • In this role you will be regularly lifting parts weighing 40-50lbs. • This position requires you to be able to stand, lift, walk and squat. This role will require a lot of repetitive motion. • All candidates will be working in a fast-paced setting that involves direct contact with door panels • You will also performing visual inspection, checking parts for any defects Requirements: • Ideal candidate will have 6+ months of hands on experience, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse setting • Must be able to work in a production environment at a fast pace • Seeking candidates who can work flexible work schedules to include overtime and Saturday work • Must be willing to work in a quota driven environment Incentives: • Weekly pay • Competitive salary (Pay $17.50- $20.00)- DOE • Multiple shifts available + shift differential • Roles are temp to hire • Temp to hire • Shift differentials (All shifts available, day-swing and graveyard) Looking for work or know of someone who is, please contact Reyna Hernandez at (209) 315-5682 for additional information.
