Job description: We are a design-build firm and specialize in native plant landscapes in the WNC region. We’re currently seeking both a full-time and part-time crew member to join our landscape installation and maintenance crew. Hours will be dependent on season/weather but full time candidate should be able to commit 30-40hrs/wk. and part-time up to 20hrs/wk. Experience preferred and timeliness is essential. Willing to train the right hardworking individual. Job responsibilities: Members work together in an efficient and productive manner to complete plant installations, mulching, laying sod, spring and fall clean-up, weeding, pruning, and hardscaping projects. Ability to safely operate basic landscape equipment such as a string trimmer, chainsaw, blower, etc. Must be able to lift at least 50-100 lbs. Must maintain a clean and safe work environment, including work site and equipment. Works as a member of the team and communicates well. Pay based on experience.
