fix my leaking toilet

I need somebody to fix the new Kohler toilet i just bought at Costco and installed it but it leaks out of the bottom when i flush it. the flange was kinda messed up so i just bought a new flange and two new wax rings which could be the problem. if you know what you are doing tell me what experience you have and what you will charge me.
