Seeking drummer for grunge/shoegaze/post rock band

Hey! We're an established band looking for a new drummer between the age of 21-50. We play heavy shoegazey grunge post-rock experimental type stuff. We have around 25 written songs and have a full length album out with another on the way. We’re preparing to return to playing shows and hitting the recording studio in august/September. We'd love to find someone who can play with a lot of dynamics, atmosphere and energy, so someone who knows when to throw down and when to bring things way down and chill/keeps things simple when necessary. Our only stipulations are the drummer must have their own gear, be at least somewhat mobile and try their best to be flexible as our schedules can get a bit crazy sometimes. This is a serious band not just something we do for fun. We fully intend on touring at some point when we’re ready so keep that in mind. Oh and absolutely no racism/sexism/xenophobia of any kind. Some of our biggest influences are Sonic Youth, Smashing Pumpkins, Deftones, Nothing, Alcest, Dinosaur Jr, Cocteau Twins, DIIV, Duster, Drab Majesty, Slint, Nirvana, The Chameleons, Swans, King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard, Swirlies, No Joy, Slowdive, Wild Nothing, Cloakroom, Yo La Tengo, The Growlers, Tamaryn, Asylum Party, Cranes, the list goes on and on.
