TEAR-OFF CREW LABORER REQUIREMENTS:
- hard-working
- dependable
- follows instructions
- able to lift a minimum of 100 lbs
- able to work in the heat, FL heat gets extreme especially on the roof
- must be able to work in the heat
- knowledge of basic hand tools
- knowledge of power tools, rough carpentry, and roof safety gear is needed
- able to travel if needed
