A Question About Air Conditioning

The blower motor was replaced a week ago and the A/C now works but barely. There is no force to the air coming through the vents and although I have the thermostat set at 77 the internal temperature is at 85 and has only gone down two degrees after running all day. I am running the ceiling fans in conjunction to keep the house bearable. Anyone have any idea what the problem could be? I would appreciate any feedback.....thank you. I rent the house so the landlord paid for the replacement blower motor but hasn't responded back about this problem. If it's an easy cheap fix I'd like to take care of it myself because it's far to hot not to have air.
