POSITION: GENERAL CONSTRUCTION LABORERS (Landscape Maintenance) LOCATION: Lompoc, CA and Santa Maria Must be local to area. Learn more about us at We are looking for temporary General Laborers to take up manual labor tasks and support operations on worksites in Lompoc and Solvang areas. Carpentry and landscape experience is a plus. Gain valuable knowledge and working experience in areas such as Construction Protocols, Safety Standards, Tools, Soils, Horticulture, Irrigation Design & Residential and Commercial Construction, Machine Operating, Masonry. We’d like you to have stamina and the ability to lift heavy loads. You should be able to concentrate on performing your tasks and commit to safety rules, a clean jobsite is a must! Starting wage rate will depend on experience. **Requirements** • Must be physical capable to bend, stoop, squat, lift up to 50+ lbs, stand, sit, for long periods of time up to 8-12 hours a day. • General Construction Labor/Carpentry/Masonry/Landscaping • Self- driven and takes ownership • Able to Follow Instructions • Professional Appearance and Attitude • Work Well with Others • Work well with your Hands and Mind • Bi-lingual preferred (Spanish/English) • Able to operate construction machinery including drills, power saws, etc. • Lawn maintenance equipment such as lawnmowers, string trimmers, leaf blowers, hedge trimmers, etc. preferred COMPENSATION: • Highly compensated for your commitment and dedication.
