Hello, I'm looking for someone to join my team of 1 to detail cars alongside me. I'm just starting out. I have some equipment and a few clients. Ideally I need someone who will be part owner in the company, meaning I'm not able to pay you to work as an employee, rather we both do our part to bring in as much every month as we can. We will be working together long-term. We will both be doing backend work to keep up the business and make sure everything runs smoothly. I'd like to get a mobile setup in my pickup truck (I'm currently doing things out of my driveway) and run a mobile business that we could then grow into an internationally known brand and open brick & mortars across the country (this is the ultimate goal).
