Hey, I play guitar. Looking for something on the heavier experimental side. Bands Im into are Meshuggah, Tool, Primus, Janes Addiction, Dead Kennedys, Sonic Youth, early Metallica (they used to be a metal band and they weren't half bad), Slayer, Iron Maiden, Jinjer, Carcass, Napalm Death. I'm also into spacey sounding stuff. Pink Floyd, Flaming Lips, My Bloody Valentine, Luna, and lots of other more alternative post punk stuff. However, if you're a straight thrash or death metal band with a unique cool sound, I can oblige. I really don't want to reinvent the wheel, so pushing the boundaries of music, especially in metal, is important. Pro Gear, transportation, years of experience, and Ive played all over town with many different bands.
