I have lived in this community for a few years now. Off and on due to extreme weather conditions, I had to water the lawn some years, and could water the lawn for other years. But on the months I wouldn't water, I noticed that my sewer bill cost more. Then on some months when I did water, my sewer bill was less than the cost of the water I used.?.?.? I'm confused! Has anyone in the Nixa utility area notice the same thing? Can anyone explain this to me?
