1 year old pocket bully needs a forever home

i got him for my husband a few months ago and the previous owner didnt know if he was good with cats but i wanted to try it bc hes such an amazing boy but unfortunately hes tries to go at her every time he sees her and she freaks and is tearing up my kids arms and faces and weve tried to keep her separate and see if theyd come around but they dont and i cant keep her locked up. she was here over a year. and i cant have my babies freak out every time he goes near the cat and worst off all the cat making them bleed. he is amazing with kids and other dogs. hes inside all day then sleeps on my patio bc he jumps our fence and then previous owners had him outside at all times so hes not potty trained at night. but hes fine during the day. hes is such a sweet heart and im heart broken to do this but i have 5 kids with a busy schedule i cant always make sure their separate and im not taking anymore chances....... i will be screening for the right home bc hes perfect and deserves it.... im so sad. hes everything weve been looking for in a dog just this one little issue.. please feel free to tet for pics and rehoming fee
