Apartment community in Saco seeking an energetic and self-motivated maintenance worker to join our team for a three month period. Must be organized, dependable, and have proven proficiency with painting, basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical work. Under direction will assist with the on-going maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds. Excellent communication skills are essential as this position involves coordinating on a regular basis with management and coworkers, residents, and subcontractors. All technicians participate in a rolling on-call calendar. BROAD SCOPE OF DUTIES: *repairs to building appliances and fixtures *repair or replace plumbing fixtures *patch holes in walls *paint building interiors *clean vacant units and interior spaces *miscellaneous carpentry repairs *change locks *grounds keeping and landscaping Rate of pay depends on experience ($23-$25 per hour).
