I’m just a drummer in a very large rehearsal space in Charlestown. The room is big. Rate is $450 per month and can be used whenever you want on a rotating basis with a group or band (in other words, establish dedicated practice times). There’s nothing but my drum set, a fan, couple mic stands, and bags that storages my drums. The space even comes with its own shelf. There’s a freight elevator and a loading dock.
