Experienced apartment maintenance technicians wanted for several well established local and national companies. Looking for candidates that have general knowledge of light plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting etc. Must have your own tools and be able to pass a background check. Positions are generally Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm and lots of opportunity for growth. We are a local staffing company that works in the apartment industry and specialize in permanent positions with large national and local companies and offer the best pay. Permanent positions pay between $20-$28/hour plus benefits depending on experience for techs and $26 + per hour for techs with HVAC certifications or supervisor experience.
