Other duties may be required and assigned. The Maintenance Tech is responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the common areas in accordance with property policy and as directed by the Plant Services Director to assure that our property is maintained in a clean, safe and comfortable manner. Assists with the maintenance and repair of all electrical, mechanical and other equipment. Mechanical skills necessary for accomplishing simple repairs on systems, equipment and building. Must have at least one year of prior maintenance experience. Must have drywall, painting and or room turn experience. Prefer someone with electrical, plumbing and or HVAC experience. Current California driver's license. Demonstrate positive attitude and ability to work well with people of all ages. Basic math solving skills. Able to read, write, understand and speak English language. Must be able to pass physical, drug screen, TB test and obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our license.
