Human Domain Solutions (HDS), LLC is hiring individuals to participate as role players/background actors in a National Guard emergency response training exercise taking place on 17 June 2021 at Camp Rilea, near WARRENTON, OR. Individuals will work as Background Role Players HOW TO SIGN UP: sign up at We are training the National Guard unit to support their mission which is to man, train and equip a homeland response force that can provide a response capability to assist civil authorities in saving lives and mitigating suffering in response to a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosives incident. HDS CRPs and Actors will assist by providing realistic training aimed at purposefully strengthening security and resilience through systematic preparation for threats that pose the greatest risk to the security of the nation. HOW TO SIGN UP: sign up at ELIGIBILITY: There is no security clearance requirement, so it is open to all, but criminal background checks and U.S. employment eligibility checks will be accomplished. All personnel must have appropriate ID and be without criminal background. All IDs are scanned by security personnel and persons with felony convictions will not be allowed to participate. Also, due to a potentially strenuous decontamination process, and varying outside temperatures, CRPs should not have life-threatening or serious medical conditions. PAY RATE is $125 for the day with a $25 completion bonus. Referral bonuses are also available. YOU CAN ALSO RAISE MONEY FOR YOUR ORGANIZATION OR CLUB'S PARTY OR BOOSTER FUND. Participants fluent in American Sign Language are also desired. Priority will be given to those with previous experience with role playing, acting, military, and/or first responder/disaster response experience. Those who have participated in past disaster preparedness exercises have found it especially rewarding because you get to support an important community service that saves lives and protects the citizens of your state while getting paid to have FUN while doing so. If you are currently exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19, have a fever greater than 100 degrees, know you have the virus, or have been exposed to someone who does have the virus, in the last 14 days, we ask that you please do not come to the exercise.
