We are a residential contractor providing roofing, gutter, and siding installation services. We are expanding into Montgomery/Opelika and are looking for a project manager to lead our office.
Job Requirements:
- Manage and oversee crews on projects
- Includes running materials as needed, problem solving, and quality control
- Communicate proactively and clearly with customers to ensure expectations are met
- Maintain job profitability expectations
- Provide weekly reporting to management
- Build and maintain supplier relationships
- 3 years residential construction experience preferred
