Growing property near downtown Reno seeking a Maintenance Assistant/General Laborer. We are a unique property looking to add to our team. If you are a driven individual who is not afraid of a challenge, works well independently or with a team, and is looking for a great opportunity in a rewarding environment then we may have the position for you! Our ideal candidate will possess the following traits: • Punctuality • Excellent communication • Be detail-oriented • Be able to Multi-Task • Have the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment *Willing to train the right candidate* Construction experience, bobcat and excavator operation, and RV experience is a plus, but not required. If you have any of these skills please be sure to mention it in your submission. Job duties will include but not be limited to: • General construction • Fencing • Minor landscaping • Assistance with remodels • Site Clean up • Painting • Minor plumbing • Troubleshooting issues with Electrical and HVAC • Moving & staging furniture for events • Assisting team as needed with various tasks Must be available to work some weekends. Schedule may fluctuate, but will have 2 consecutive days off. **This position will require someone who is able to work outdoors in all types of weather, and be able to lift/move 50lbs or more on a regular basis** Job Type: Full-time
