Make extra money in your spare time, helping local and virtual investors evaluate vacant properties. You must have reliable transportation and a digital camera. An iPhone/Android smartphone is acceptable if set at high enough resolution, ex: 2016x1512 or better. Some experience with evaluating property condition and repairs is a plus, but not mandatory. A Dropbox or Google Drive account is required to upload the photos. Negotiable pay rate based on the number of vacant houses and distance traveled. Payment is done through PayPal.
