We are looking for a office clerk on a daily basis to perform a variety of tasks. As a front office clerk, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our office clerk duties include helping customer out, answering phone calls, answering e-mails, taking accurate messages and forward phone calls. You will welcome customer greet people who visit the business. You should be able to deal with tasks in a timely and effective manner. Multitasking skills are essential for this position. Flexibility is a plus
Responsibilities
Greet and help walk-in customer
Answer, screen, take message and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure front counter area is tidy and presentable
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
Skills
Office Clerk, Customer Service roles ( not necessary but always a plus)
proficiency in Microsoft Office
Resourceful and proactive when issue arise
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
