Handy/Maintenance Person Needed

We are a self storage company looking to hire a maintenance person that can work on our maintenance needs at our different properties. Some of the work duties will include painting, this is what we need the most at all properties. The other work duties are light plumbing, light electrical, repairing broken walls, annual cleaning of gutters, repairing storage units. The job will require general maintenance of the properties. Must have own tools. Must have at least 3 years of experience. We are looking for someone who is reliable, can work full time or part-time. We need a person who is trustworthy and friendly as he/she may encounter customers when working at a property. The position pays $30 per hour.
