Our elected officials in Olympia are deteriorating and destroying our constitution created to protect citizens in our great state of Washington. Capital gains tax is in fact an "INCOME TAX" as they are taxing the income on investments. IF I lose money do they pay me 7% tax? I took the risk and lose $300k are they going to refund me some tax money for taking the risk, NO. But for those who are fortunate enough to make some cash after long term investing for retirement or other things WA State democrats feel they deserve it more! $59 BILLION budget and they need MORE! We are being robbed blind. NO MEDIA IS REPORTING ON THIS!!! WAKE UP WASHINGTONIANS WE ARE BEING PUSHED AROUND HERE. This is treason and against our constitution for Washington State. It has been proven time and time again as they keep pushing for this stupid income tax on people who work or invest in Washington State. I asked the DOR to explain the Income Tax and how it is legal... they could not. WAKE UP WASHINGTON, $5 GAS PRICES MOST ALL TAXES... WHY DO THEY NEED MORE, and MORE, and MORE? Talking to the DOR they said contact the Attorney General... if you care call our AG and demand action against our governor signing and politicians who voted to make this law. Our state constitution and public voice means NOTHING to the people currently in power! HOW CAN YOU VOTE FOR THEM SEATTLE !?!?!?! WHO ARE YOU PEOPLE ?! NO MEDIA COVERAGE !!! NO CHANCE TO SPEAK OUT FOR PUBLIC OPINION ON SOMETHING SO BIG... People need to work hard to take the power back holding our publicly paid for (You and ME) employees responsible for actions that are suppose to be working for US.
