Found G-Shock Casio Watch - El Porto

Hi, I was pulling in to parking space this morning in the El Porto Parking lot and I noticed a Casio G Shock Watch lying in the parking spot. There was a car that pulled out right before me - that I tried to chase down but they were about 30 to 40 yards away and I couldn't catch them. I chased them half way up the hill on the street that leads up to Sepulveda yelling 'hey! your watch!' (whilst waving the watch around in my hands) before giving up. I saw what make the car was, the color, and I believe that I got 3 numbers of the license plate (but my memory/vision could have been off). If this is your watch please send me a photo of your car, and let me know the color of your car and the make of it. Also please let me know what color the watch was. I understand this can be an easy opportunity for someone to score a free watch and that's why I ask for the above. I'm hoping that this gets back in the hands of the rightful owner! B
