Schaefer Enterprises provides services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The person in this position will supervise and job coach our people in a community mobile shredding job. This position will assist the people that we serve with learning how to complete community job duties and provide great customer service in a quality manner. Must be able to drive a mobile shredding truck (CDL is not required). This position is full time but also has a part time position available. Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. Must be able to walk long distances and lift up to 90lb bins on an on-going basis. Drivers license is required. Clean DMV record and background check required. This position starts at $15 an hour with benefits.
