We have an immediate opening for a part time custodians/grounds keepers. Job is maintaining a large commercial property, mostly exterior (keeping landscape, sidewalks and curbs) clean but also includes minor custodial tasks (emptying trash cans and wiping down lids and window sills as needed). Must have a valid drivers licenses, clean MVR and be able to be active all day, taking care of daily requirements and urgent situations that arise through out the day. Shift Days/hours 34 hours weekly Wednesday 2:00pm to 8:00pm Thurdsay 2:00pm to 8:00pm Friday 2:00pm to 10:00pm Satuarday 2:00pm to 10:00pm Sunday 2:00am to 8:00pm Starting pay is $15 per hour DOE Please apply to this add with name, phone number, and resume with work references.
