Flooring Installer - Laminate / LVP / Hardwood - $250 per Day

If you've got plenty of experience with installing floors and you've got a professional attitude, it may be time to give yourself a raise. I am looking for 2 or 3 highly-skilled, efficient workers and I will pay you what you're worth. I did have this job post up last month but ended up having to hire additional people. I'm going to do my best to answer every applicant, but feel free to text me a reminder if you don't hear back from me after about an hour. I'm looking to pay a per day rate of $250, which is over $30 per hour for an average 8 hour day. If you have a different rate in mind, let's talk and work something out. If you're faster, smarter, and better, I'm happy to pay you more. If you are an installer and you have one or two people that you like to work with, I'm open to hiring you together. If you prefer to be paid a percentage of each job rather than an hourly wage, I'm open to that as well. I would like someone who can start quickly, ideally next week. I've tentatively scheduled a job for Monday, May 21st that I'll need help with. I am fairly busy during the day, so please TEXT or EMAIL to get in touch.
