vocalist trying to start punk-influenced band

I'm trying to start a band that is punk-influenced, but not exclusively, performing other styles of rock for the sake of popularity, trying to get on radio. I'm a 55-year-old mentally ill man that doesn't really suffer from it very much at all anymore. Influences include Babies, Beach Bunny, the Hives, Ramones, Green Day, Nirvana and a lot of punk that's old and alternative bands such as Weezer, Cage the Elephant and REM.
