EPIC Mitigation and Construction Services is seeking a WATER DAMAGE & RESTORATION TECH/CREW CHIEF. DUTIES: 1 - Ensure that work is performed in the most productive manner. 2 - Ensure that job sites meet the criteria of the contract and company standards. 3 - Ensure that all required paperwork is completed and submitted on time. 4 - Ensure that trucks, trailers and equipment are maintained to company standards. 5 - Effectively communicate with management, peers, assistants and clients as required to effectively and efficiently complete the jobs. You must be a team player, a good listener and have a positive attitude. QUALIFICATIONS: MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE with a clean DMV record. MUST HAVE experience in Mitigation/Water Damage with IICRC WATER CERTIFICATION Ability to lift 50 pounds. Must be able to be on call - on a rotation basis. Excellent communication skills.
