Our client is now hiring for Full-Time Temp to Perm / Package Handlers for their West Sacramento, CA facility!!!!!! Multiple Shifts Available! As a temp, you will start at $15.08 per hr. and receive a raise once converted. The perfect candidate can convert after 90 days on assignment! Monday-Friday 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM; 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM; 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM; 11:00 PM to 8:30 PM Some overtime and Saturday work may be required. Our client also offers Tenure Bonus when you work 30 days with perfect attendance: never late, never leave early, never call in sick / out. Bonus rage is from $312 to $392! If You Are: An individual who enjoys fast paced, physical production environment while developing new skills in the mailing industry. You are a hard-working and vital contributor to our company’s success in meeting productivity standards and customer satisfaction ratings. Then you are the ideal candidate for this role! Job Duties Include: • Sort incoming packages and prepare for delivery by either gaylord, sack setup or pallet stacking by using an RF Scanner. • Stack packages on feed conveyor to ensure continual flow • Induct packages into the system and identify any special handling needed. • Perform all additional duties as required. Your background: As a Warehouse Parcel Package Handler, you have: • The ability to pick a shift that best suits your lifestyle • The ability to be dependable and reliable. • A basic enough understanding of English to be able to understand and follow safety and other operational directions communicated in English, irrespective of their native language. • The ability to work overtime which may include weekends, holidays and or a different shift with little or no advance notice. Preferred: • Prior parcel, fulfillment, warehouse, or equivalent experience. • Working knowledge of small package and conveyor systems. Physical demands and abilities: • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodations. • The ability to walk, stand, stoop, and bend 80% of the time with or without accommodations.
