Renovating an historic factory building into affordable commercial and light industrial spaces for small businesses, artists, and non-profit organizations. We have done about 40 spaces already, and are looking for more people to join the crew as we continue to build out more. Work includes cleaning, framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, and masonry, and is a mixture of repairs, maintenance, and renovations. Previous experience is helpful but not required -- we will train you as long as you are interested, motivated, and reliable. Flexible schedule possible. 30-40 hours/week is preferred but part time will be considered for the right candidate.
