Established Electrical Contractor looking for Electrical Forman/ Superintendent with Commercial/Residential experience to join our team. We are looking for electricians who lead, motivate, monitor, and oversee a team of electricians to ensure they produce quality work while providing technical guidance regarding the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. Job Responsibilities • Oversee the daily operations of projects. • Plan/organize/direct labor and materials to meet customer schedule. • Ensure all installations meet/exceed electrical code standards. • Foster relationships with customers, inspectors, and peers. • Ensure adherence to standards of quality, safety, and best practices. Qualifications • Active State Journeyman or Master Electrician's License. • Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and OSHA safety standards. • Experience managing crews, material cost control, and scheduling. Compensation A strong total compensation package will be offered and is Negotiable depending on experience. We offer vacation and holiday pay along with Health and Dental Insurance.
