Apartment Maintenance Positions Available Include: Maintenance Foreman • Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills • HVAC experience and EPA certification required • Pool certification a plus • Certification in refrigeration, electrical, plumbing a plus • Previous property management experience • A hands-on supervisory approach • Four years' supervisory experience preferred • Availability for rotation of on-call emergency maintenance Maintenance Techs • Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills • HVAC experience and EPA certification • All facets of apartment repair and maintenance • Availability for rotation of on-call emergency maintenance Carpenters • Interior and exterior remodeling • Cabinet re-facing, door hanging, countertop installation • Sheetrock repair and finishing • Kitchen and bath remodeling • Basic electrical and plumbing Make-Ready Technicians • Basic drywall, plumbing, electrical • Carpentry • Make Ready Skills • Availability for rotation of on-call emergency maintenance All applicants must have their own tools and transportation.
