Looking for a motivated, self-starting individual to join our team of part-time sign installers in the Frederick | Winchester, VA area for a sign company with 30+ years in the industry. We provide weekend advertising service for the New Home Industry using lightweight corrugated signs to direct traffic to sales offices. NHM, Inc. (New Home Media) is located in Lorton, Virginia and service weekend directional signs to the new home industry located in: VA, WV, DC, MD, DE, NC and SC. We sign 52 weeks a year! Responsibilities: Check in on Fridays prior to installation for changes. Installation of signs can be as early as 5pm Friday evening but must be completed by 8 am Saturday morning. Check out by phone Sunday evening once signs are removed. At this time, you can order any materials if needed for the following weekends installation. No signs can be left up during the week (Monday - Friday) unless on a Federal Holiday or instructed to do so by a supervisor. Compensation: Route pay is based on number of signs installed per builder/community. Fuel/toll cost are taken into consideration when establishing route premium. Currently we have a route available which advertise new homes in the Stephens City, Lake Frederick and Strasburg, VA area. Bi-Weekly payroll (Direct Deposit available) will be $340. Applicants must have their own reliable transportation (pickup truck, van or SUV preferred) and be able to read a map. Training will take place this Friday, 18 June 2021 early afternoon/evening.
