Stormwater & Erosion Foreman – Pase Environmental The Company: Pase Environmental, celebrating 19 years as the leader in erosion control, stormwater management, and land reclamation. We work in all construction sectors including residential development, commercial, pipeline projects, as well as city, county, and state projects. The Position: The foreman’s day-to-day will consist of; daily paperwork, responsibility of equipment, vehicles, materials, crew’s safety, and crew’s production. The foreman will report to the Superintendent. Responsibilities: · Overseeing crew’s safety and production on job sites. · Assisting with training of new and current employees. · Assisting crew with installation and maintenance of BMP control measures. · Daily paperwork: work reports, equipment checks, and timecards. · Performing and operating straw blowers, tractors, seeders, etc. · Performing stormwater inspections. · Operating and maintaining various sizes of equipment (hand tools, skid steers and attachments, power tools). Requirements: · Valid driver’s license (CDL Class A is a plus) · Punctual and professional. · Basic knowledge of word, excel, email. · Willingness to work outside, in all types of weather. · 1-3 years of project management. · 2-4 years of experience in general construction, erosion control, or environmental. · 2-4 years operating small equipment (skid steers, front end loaders, mini excavators, farm tractors). · 2-4 years managing crews. · Ability to lift 50lbs. · High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
